I have a 1 year old HP Pavilion TS 15 Notebook PC (64-bit operating system, x64-based processor) ) that came with windows 8 + WiFi. After upgrading to 8.1 last summer I started having occasionally connectivity issues, which I could always eliminate by rebooting (since the drivers were up to date).
