My Steam controller works fine, but now when I try to use my DS4 as an emulated 360 pad, Arkham Knight wont respond, and it shows DS4 prompts. I have to use it wired via usb now, with no emulation. I was having the same problem. Try this and see if it works: Open inputmapper but dont turn on the controller, launch the game, when you get to the 'press start screen', turn on the controller. Wait a few seconds and the game should recognise it.

InputMapper is the newer replacement for DS4Windows. It's developed by the same people, and is an evolution of DS4W. DS4W is no longer updated.
