As a MiSK-BCG Intern, you will be able to apply what you have learned at school and through personal experience to a real client challenge. You will work with BCG consultants and you will take responsibility for specific components of a client project. As a case team member, you will gain a 360-degree perspective on life as a BCG consultant—from working on client projects to socializing with colleagues. Mentorship and feedback are a big part of BCG’s culture and as an intern, you will be assigned a mentor to provide you with feedback every month as well as a buddy to help you navigate through the BCG environment.

The MiSK-BCG Fellowship program will be 11 weeks long and, as well as on the job training, will include extensive in-person and online trainings. Orientation and training sessions are offered throughout your internship experience and are aimed at providing additional insight into the consulting profession.
